Rob is a Principal and Leader of Strategic Innovation at The Cambridge Group. This team helps companies create regular, scalable innovation success, via practical consumer demand driven innovation processes and applications. Rob is co-author of Nielsen’s Breakthrough Innovation report. Rob brings a versatile & global perspective to the subject of innovation, having advised on hundreds of new product introductions, and launching many new products as a Marketing and Sales leader.
Rob has 30+ years of CPG industry experience. Rob most recently led the Nielsen Innovation Practice (a.k.a. BASES), for North America. He has served as an analytics and client consulting executive at Nielsen for eight years, and, prior to, led large organizations at TNS Custom Research and IRI. Rob has lead marketing and sales teams at: Procter & Gamble, Tambrands, Benckiser and Waterworks.
Rob has a B.S. in Marketing from University of Maryland. Rob has also served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA).
