Tim Joyce is a Principal with The Cambridge Group. He focuses on developing demand-driven growth strategies through segmentation and portfolio optimization that enable profitable customer acquisition and retention. He has extensive experience in mobile telecommunications, consumer financial services, consumer home services and packaged goods.
Prior to joining The Cambridge Group, Tim was an Associate Marketing Manager at American Express. There, he developed models for customer acquisition and loyalty programs across the consumer charge card portfolio. Tim was also responsible for executing customer acquisition programs for Green, Gold and Platinum American Express cards.
Prior to joining American Express, Tim worked in account management at Saatchi & Saatchi where he developed global television advertising for General Mills and Procter & Gamble.
Tim earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management with concentrations in Decision Science and Marketing. He also holds a BA in Psychology and English from Georgetown University.
